Rule of inspection
1, factory inspection
A and products should meet the requirements of this standard. The factory can pass the certificate after inspection and qualification certificate.
B and appearance inspection are checked by roll, and items are two items of appearance and specification deviation.
2, type inspection
A, type inspection is the whole project inspection, in the following circumstances, type inspection must be carried out:
- the first production
When material, process and equipment are changed
When the production is stopped for a long time, the production is resumed
In normal production, once a year
- supplying the first batch of EVA to new customers
B and type inspection samples were extracted from the factory inspection qualified products, which should be produced with the same batch of raw materials, the same formula and the same process. The 6 samples were divided into three groups, of which one was the sample and the other two were retention samples.
3, determine
If there is one nonconformity in the factory inspection, if it is not qualified, and there is one or more than one in the type inspection, the two sets of samples will be tested again. If it is not qualified, the type inspection is not qualified.
Two, signs, packaging, transportation, storage
1, logo
The factory name, site, product name, execution standard, batch number, production date, product weight or quantity of each batch of finished products should be marked out when they leave the factory.
2, packaging
Each volume of products with certificate, certificate content: product specifications, quantity, production date and inspector code, each volume of products with polyethylene bags packed into cardboard boxes, each box of 2 volumes, sealed with tape, packaged strapping.
3, transportation
The packaged products can by any means of transport, but the need to avoid rain and sunlight to avoid open car transport and open storage.
4. Storage
Products should be placed below 40 C, relative humidity 40 ~ 80% ventilation, no acid and alkali and other corrosive gases in the warehouse.
The storage period is 6 months from the date of production. Party A undertakes to comply with the above regulations, and the manufacturer is responsible for any quality problems that comply with the rules of transportation and storage.
Three, remarks:
1. UV test
In accordance with the provisions of GB/T 9535-1998 10.10 and IEC 61345:1998, the components should be at 60? C 5? C under the condition of bearing at the wavelength of 280nm ~ 385nm UV radiation 15KWh/ square meters, of which at least 5KWh/ square meters in 280nm ~ 320nm.
2. Temperature cycling test
In accordance with the provisions of GB/T 9535-1998, the components should withstand the following conditions of the temperature cycle test: -40, C ~ +85? C (do not require humidity control), 200 cycles, a cycle of time is not more than 6h.
3. Damp heat test
In accordance with the provisions of GB/T 9535-1998, the components shall withstand the following conditions of hygrothermal test: +85? C and relative humidity 85%, lasting 1000h? 10.14.
4, first in the sun, at least 5 days, measuring power. Each sample was made 3 samples, a total of 9 samples, 9 samples should do power test, and record.
